Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Resilience for NQTs & RQTs

Are you an Newly Qualified Teacher / Recently Qualified Teacher?

We have an exciting new course designed for you to provide support and guidance on how to maintain your Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Resilience whilst being a teacher.

Come join us at Pudsey Civic Hall on 11th October 2019, 9am - 4pm

The first part of the course aims to challenge some of the popular Health and Safety myths that tend to bombard NQTs and RQTs in their first few months in their settings and give the true picture thereby reducing anxieties around that area of work.

The second part of the course will consider some of the most common area of pressure cited by NQTs/RQTs. We will consider some theories on specific areas such as different working patterns, methods for prioritizing workloads, tried and tested theories on personal resilience and areas brought forward by the delegates on the day.
Practical material and practical solutions will be provided by the day and the course is led by experienced teachers.

It is recommended that delegates bring with them internet enabled devices as the trainers will often use interactive presentation software called Slido. This is free to download if delegates wish to do so before the session.
