Consider how to have challenging conversations about attendance while maintaining good relationships with a family. Learn good practice around home visiting and when and how to chair School Attendance Panels as a formal intervention. The casework you undertake with a family will be used as evidence in court if the case progresses so you will learn what is necessary to transfer a case for legal action.
